Value Proposition
We offer an entirely new approach to employee engagement focused on empowering & nurturing talent solving the great challenges of rapidly changing work places due to changes in employee mobility, shifts in intergenerational collaborations and sudden impact of Generative AI on many structural & organizational aspects of practically any organization. Retaining talent requires advanced tools promoting 1) mental well-being at the workplace, 2) new leadership skills around trust, belonging & purpose, inclusive teams and psychological safety, and 3) microlearnings around power skills, to create new and lasting behaviors. We apply AI/ML based technologies to quickly assess all well-being, health & organizational effectiveness aspects and provide data for bespoke interventions.
Innovation
Our algorithms are designed in such a way that they can analyze reflections, assessments and Q&A provided by professionals during times when they suffer from stress and therefore their rational isn’t fully working. Our algorithms also help to give words to mental challenges, even when professionals themselves don’t have the words for it. This helps tremendously to work on prevention, to proactively work on coping mechanisms and prevent fall out.

We are working on new AI technology: clinically validated AI gives immediate support as the first step of care, and human coaching for those who need more.
•A proactive chatbot support HR as their new digital colleague without losing the human touch!
•Conversational AI creates an anonymous and safe space to work through worries and stressors, preventing them from escalating in severity and towards illness.
•AI is clinically proven to create a therapeutic alliance equivalent to a human therapist.
•Most people lean on on-demand support, whenever needed.

What are we looking for

2) get in touch with potential partners such as insurance companies or brokers. Talking to brokers before, we know we can add value for their clients because we are able to lower the health claims.
3) get in touch with potential investors who are eager to increase their market share in corporate talent retention, well-being and resilience, using innovative AI technology to revolutionize the market.
