Onboarding new people, supporting employees in adapting to new situations, taking into account the cost effectiveness of learnings, we have had many interviews with HR managers and employees and pretty much all of you said the same: We want to support learning & development and in doing so, we want learning to be effective and fun. Hence, Documentary Learning was born.

To enrich our online learning environment, we have developed a series of videos to offer learners an innovative interactive way of learning. Documentary Learning is an interesting new approach to learning. Many professionals consider learning by reading as a task, while they consider learning by watching TV as a more voluntary activity. This informal way of transferring knowledge is accessible, innovative and effective.

The episodes can be watched separately, however, they are designed to watch as a series. Just like the series on streaming services everybody binges, our Documentary Learning is also very easily accessible and a lot of fun to do. And you will learn valuable things such as business soft skills, effective behaviours to strengthen teamwork and how to adopt a growth mindset.
